These sessions are individually crafted to help you set a personal intention for rest and clarity. You will receive elements of sound healing, energy work, and soul-filled affirmation of your journey.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique used on your skull and spine to promote pain relief by decreasing tension.

FAQs

  • Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice via text, phone call or email, and late cancellations or no-shows will be billed the full session fee, gift certificates and packages will be forfeited.

    Clients are expected to be punctual for their sessions, and late arrivals after 15 minutes from their sessions start time will be charged the full session fee and forfeit loss of time.

  • I will do a brief verbal intake of your concerns such as pain management, relaxation and any areas you want me to avoid. Then you will be instructed to lay face up or down on the table under the top sheet & blanket and undress to your comfort level (keeping your underwear on is completely your option, you will be draped the entire time so nothing is exposed other than what I will be working on). I will leave the room for a few minutes for you to get comfortable and adjust anything you need then I will ask if you are ready and enter the room while adjusting the sheet and bolster to your comfort.

  • I recommend atleast once a month for general aches, pains and relaxation. For more active, athletic or disabled individuals I recommend bi-weekly sessions.

  • Some contraindications for massage include:

    • Recent surgery or acute injury from a recent accident such as whiplash, sprains, or other soft tissue damage.

    • Swelling or edema.

    • Severe eczema, psoriasis, or open wounds.

    • Uncontrolled high blood pressure, diabetes, prominent varicose veins, osteoporosis, or any other serious medical conditions.

  • It’s best to give yourself additional time after your massage to continue relaxing, and to allow your body to fully absorb the benefits of massage. We leave plenty of time in between appointments so that you never feel hurried, and can take your time before you head out the door. Plus, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER to rehydrate your body after a massage!
